ORDERS

Minimum Opening Order
: $350.00
Minimum Re-Order: $200.00
We will accept orders below this minimum with a $15 surcharge.

  • All orders must be submitted through OYOY.US, via direct checkout link or using our Order Form.
  • We do not accept orders by phone or fax.
  • All orders must include the SKUs as they are noted on Order Form.
  • Oyoy Living Design does not have case pack requirements and items can be ordered as individual notice
  • Backorders will be shipped without notice if within 60 days of the order date presuming the order has been paid. When backorders become available for shipment, inventory will be allocated for 5 days from receipt of customers email confirmation. Payment must be made within 5 days to secure stock.
  • All changes to open orders must be submitted in writing.
PRICING

All prices are listed in US dollars. All prices are subject to change without notice.

E-COMMERCE PRICING POLICY

OYOY LIVING DESIGN's intention is to support full-priced business models. Customers may not use the OYOY LIVING DESIGN name or products we sell to advertise or otherwise promote OYOY LIVING DESIGN products on the Internet at a net price that is lower than our set RRP (recommended retail price). Please refer to our line sheet for the RRP.

All sales and promotional events that involve lowering the net price described above should be short-term in scope and limited in frequency and must be approved in advance by OYOY LIVING DESIGN. If a customer operates outside this e-commerce pricing policy, OYOY LIVING DESIGN will request that the customer cease advertising or promoting products on the Internet in violation of the policy. In addition, OYOY LIVING DESIGN will cease to accept and/or ship orders from said customer.

E-COMMERCE INVENTORY POSITION

OYOY LIVING DESIGN is interested in establishing business relationships with retailers who stock products. Therefore, we require that customers only feature products on their websites that they have purchased. If customer wishes to apply for a drop ship, they must contact sales@oyoy.us for additional guidelines and written approval.

E-COMMERCE LISTINGS

Online retail stores may use product descriptions or copy that can be found in our wholesale catalog or on OYOY.US. The supplier name must be listed as OYOY LIVING DESIGN for all products.

IMAGES

All OYOY LIVING DESIGN images, logos, and photography are the exclusive property of Burke Decor LLC in conjunction with OYOY LIVING DESIGN DK. Image usage and reproduction requires written permission and is conditional on the approval of medium and specific use. Images from OYOY LIVING DESIGN are available upon request by visiting contacting https://oyoy.us/pages/we-love-the-press-and-social-media.

THIRD PARTY MARKETPLACE POLICY

All online sales must come through your independent e-commerce site. OYOY LIVING DESIGN no longer partners with companies who sell on Amazon.com or any other 3rd party websites such as Overtstock.com, eBay, Walmart.com, etc. Any existing or prospective customer must have approval from OYOY LIVING DESIGN to obtain an exclusive agreement to sell on any third-party marketplace. If the company has not been approved to sell on Amazon.com or other third-party marketplace sites, OYOY LIVING DESIGN has the right to no longer accept orders from said company.

SHIPPING

We ship by Fedex Ground for domestic orders and USPS Priority Mail International for International orders. We are happy to work with you if there is another shipping method (Freight/DHL/FedEx rush services/UPS) that you would prefer to use. We will not ship via any method that does not provide detailed tracking.

For all international orders the receiver is responsible for paying any additional taxes, customs fees, duties, tariffs, and/or brokerage fees levied on the goods being imported.

ADDITIONAL HANDLING & PACKAGING FEES

Special handling, labeling, or packaging requests are subject to an extra charge.

DROP SHIPPING AND C.O.D.

OYOY LIVING DESIGN requires application for a drop ship partnerships. Interested parties must contact sales@oyoy.us for additional guidelines and written approval.

SAMPLES

Samples may be purchased at wholesale prices with a maximum of 1 x sample per SKU. The minimum case pack quantities do not apply. The samples are not for resale. Samples can be included in an existing order or mailed separately. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

LEAD TIMES

While we are happy to work with you to get your shipment out by a certain date, our lead times are not guaranteed. Once an order is confirmed, in-stock items usually ship in 1-2 weeks. Out of stock or back ordered items usually ship in 4-8 weeks, depending on quantities and availability. If timing is critical, please submit your order at least two months before your need-by date. Lead times after tradeshows are based upon availability and order placement. 

CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to a poor fit with OYOY LIVING DESIGN'S brand image, failure to pay after repeated attempts to contact the buyer, and/or proximity to another wholesale account.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by company check, wire transfer, Paypal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Wire transfers have an additional $35 surcharge. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee, and there will be a 3% surcharge for requesting to change a payment method after your initial payment has been made and processed.

TERMS

Net 30 terms will only be offered upon approval to customers who have submitted satisfactory credit references and who have placed a minimum of 12 orders. Net 30 terms may be revoked after multiple late payments.

LATE PAYMENTS

Payments must be made on or before the due date. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge. OYOY LIVING DESIGN reserves the right to submit all unpaid invoices to a collection agency. The buyer is responsible for any collection costs or legal fees.

CLAIMS

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery for shortages and damages before signing for acceptance of goods. Any claims for damages or shortage of cartons must be made directly with the carrier immediately. We are not responsible for any delay or damage caused by the carrier. If there is concealed damage, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

RETURNS

Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization and may only be returned for damage or defect.  No returns or refunds will be given after 30 days from the invoice date. Damages and defects must be reported within 3 business days and LTL / Freight Shipments that have unconcealed damage must be rejected.
